Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries from our US site excluding Australia and New Zealand.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For US orders, we generally process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm ET on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Where is my order and how can I track it?

When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Which shipping options do you offer?

For US orders, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250. On orders below $250, there is a flat $9 shipping fee.
UPS Standard Ground typically arrives in 3-7 business days. UPS Second Day ($20 charge) typically arrives in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse. International shipping charges are detailed by country at checkout.

Store Credit Only

Store-Credit only products are don't-miss deals on a limited selection of styles. They can only be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase and can be used towards future purchases on our website. (Fingers crossed it will be love at first sight as soon as you receive them!)

All Archive Sale items are final sale. These items are non-returnable and ineligible for store credit.
